By paying this invoice, you are accepting the pricing, terms and lead times specified in the invoice.
Pricing on all quotes, pro formas and tax invoices are valid for 7 days from the issue date unless a financial commitment is made to hold pricing.

Invoices must be paid in full prior to despatch or collection.
All New items are covered by a Manufacturers warranty; with all faults and issues to be reported directly to the manufacturer.
All Used items are backed with a 30-day warranty, starting from the Tax invoice (payment) date, the onus is on the purchaser to have the units installed within the 30 day warranty period.
Warranty work must be carried out by a KEA approved technician Mon- Fri 9am to 5pm, if this is not possible, we will require a report from your nominated trades person PRIOR to work being carried out on the unit for approval.
Call outs for works that are deemed due to user or installer error will incur a $300+GST call out fee.
Our Warranty covers the operational capacity of the unit, this includes working condition; we do NOT cover the following: Lighting, Glass, Knobs, Cosmetic damage, Shelving, and consumables.
KEA will not be held accountable for any financial or Stock losses arising from faulty units, Late deliveries.
ALL items will be forwarded on for delivery in their original crating and packaging, KEA will not unpack and dispose of packaging materials.
Freight is available to our clients at their own risk, this is out of our control, we will not be held liable in the rare event that damages are incurred during the transport process.
All deliveries are KERBSIDE only; this means that the units will be delivered to your door. If an instore delivery is required, Customer must confirm all entry point sizes and any other constraints such as stairs, narrow corners etc. delivery may not be completed at the delivery driver’s discretion, should the job appear different to what was advised by the client.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure purchased units will fit all points of entry into their premises as well as the delegated work area, this applies to energy requirements and size limitations; should a return be required, a 25% restocking fee and return delivery leg cost will be deducted from the invoiced amount.
Incorrect new unit orders will be subject to a restocking fee, pending supplier confirmation of percentage, return leg delivery charge will also be charged. This applies to change of mind.
All returned units must be in original packaging and conditioning, as delivered or collected.
ALL new Gas units will be supplied as Natural gas unless other gas types are specified by the client upon ordering the unit.
Equipment must be installed by a QUALIFIED technician, failure to do so will result in the warranty being VOID.
Exhaust canopies are built and supplied as per client sizing and instruction with no returns applicable in the event of the incorrect specifications being supplied to KEA.
